PLANNING & STYLING
Planning will be done by the talented Kari of White Loon Events. All you’ll have to do is show up, put on your best smiles, and enjoy every second of your intimate wedding adventure together.
A styled picnic is included to make sure you don’t go hungry or thirsty on your adventure together. You can choose to have snacks, some bubbly or other delicious drink of choice, or use the picnic to relax amongst some of the world’s most incredible views.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Your story will be perfectly documented by Xsperience Photography. Trisha has a way of telling a story that feels natural and true to your authentic selves. Moments are not forced, but allowed. The images created are flattering, romantic and edited to reflect natural tones as seen in classic film so that they stand the test of time.
This Elopement Package Includes 3-4 hours of coverage perfect for a jeep adventure, sunrise hike or horseback ride.
Some moments are better seen in action so you’ll receive a teaser one minute highlight video as a gift!! But only if you’re fun and bring on the love;) If you want a longer highlight video as seen at the end of the page you can add one for $500 with drone footage included.
OFFICIATING
Your wedding ceremony will be intimate and sweet focusing primarily on the words you want to share with another. We believe words are powerful, and of all the times in your life, your partner should hear how incredibly special they are to you on the day you promise to love each other forever. However, we too will say a few words to help set the tone and make it legal. Yes, we are certified officiants. You’ll be responsible for acquiring your marriage license, but Kari will guide you through that whole process so no need to stress.
FLORALS
Between the beauty of Sedona and your beautiful faces, flowers probably aren’t necessary, but they sure do make a day feel more special so we include them! Included in this package is one luscious bouquet, but we can fine-tune it to your liking. If you’re two brides we can do two smaller bouquets that, when joined together, create one gorgeous one (just like you;)
